Community Team for Learning Disabilities

The Community Team for Learning Disabilities (CTLD) is an MDT consisting of Registered Community Learning Disability Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologist, Physiotherapists, Psychiatry and Healthcare Assistants. There are two teams, one covering Hull and one covering East Riding.

Supporting the health and wellbeing of children, young people, adults with learning disabilities, and their families across Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire, Connect includes detailed, accessible information on all of the Trust’s services for children and for adults with learning disabilities.
