Community Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service
Working with children and young people in the community who are experiencing mental health problems.
The Team
The community team consists of doctors, nurses, psychologists and therapists who provide a service for children and young people (up to 18 years old) who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
The team provides a range of treatments and interventions, for example:
- consultation to other professionals
- assessment
- talking therapy/counselling
- family work and family therapy
- art therapy
- play work
- medication management
