Bereavement Support

Losing a loved one can feel overwhelming, especially if the death was sudden, untimely and unexpected.  

To support you we provide a bereavement package for patients who received care from our community services teams in Pocklington and Whitby, Whitby Community Hospital, Scarborough & Ryedale Community Services, Fitzwilliam Ward in Malton and our eight GP Practices.

The bereavement package consists of a folder including:

• A bereavement card
• An informative bereavement booklet
• A bespoke leaflet highlighting local services
