We’ve been shortlisted for a HPMA Excellence in People Awards
Published: 01 January 0001
The HPMA Excellence in People Awards celebrate the achievements of HR, OD and healthcare professionals in the UK – an occasion that is arguably even more paramount following the outstanding work of the NHS in the past 18 months.
We’re thrilled to announce that our Trust has been shortlisted as part of this event, for the HR Analytics Award, sponsored by Locum’s Nest.
When describing why we were shortlisted for this award, they published this insight into our Workforce Scorecard and Insight Report approach:
“Humber Teaching Trust’s application revealed a simple yet highly effective approach to having one source of truth. After a drive to improve organisational and HR services in 2018, it became apparent that there was no central point within the workforce function where data could be collated and presented in a meaningful way. In response, the Trust established an official Workforce Information team who worked to consolidate complex information into the Workforce Scorecard.
This innovation not only identifies areas of improvement within the Trust but also celebrates successes. The team have quickly been able to quantify the impact this has had so far which includes a reduction in sickness, increased turnover and improved staff survey scores.”
We are extremely proud of our teams for their hard work over the last few years and we are happy to see this work recognised with an award shortlist.
The winners of the 2021 HPMA Excellence in People Awards will be announced at the virtual ceremony on 7th October 2021.
