Text Message Error

We are aware that a text message promoting the NHS app was sent to all patients on Wednesday (25/1/23) via our text messaging system. A system error meant that the message addressed patients by the incorrect forename.
A full review has taken place and we can confirm that there was no risk to patient data. We have measures in place to prevent any future errors.
