Proud Alumni Event

Over 30 of our Humbelievable staff from both clinical and corporate teams attended a PROUD leadership programme alumni event on October 21 2024

Those that had completed the programme enjoyed the opportunity to reconnect at the event, which was focused on establishing expectations and giving greater insight into how people leaders at Humber can continue their development journey through the Alumni programme. 

The session included a series of short workshops on leadership and management development, external leadership qualifications and courses, and the chance to take part in a focus group and feedback on a current Organisational Development project being developed to support future leaders at Humber.

More detail was shared on future development opportunities and staff had the opportunity to ask questions.

We offer the PROUD Leadership Development Programme to bands 3-7 to ensure that staff get the progression that they need.
