Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation.

The day occurs every February, this year falling on Thursday 2nd, and is led by the charity Mind.

Time to Talk Day is an opportunity for friends, family, community members and colleagues to come together and talk about how you’re feeling.

After all, conversations have the power to change lives. Opening up a conversation about mental health not only helps break down the stigma, but it might come at just the right time for someone you care about.

Everyone has mental health. Some days will be better than others, but what is for certain is that everyone will experience some form of mental health issue in their lives and it’s important that they know that this is normal. That they deserve to feel better when times are tough.

Encouraging open and honest conversations helps to create supportive communities, where we can talk openly about mental health and feel empowered to seek help when we need it.

Let’s come together to create a safe space for people to feel heard and keep the conversation going year-round.
