Health Trainers New Year Resolution Recap

The East Riding Health Trainer team are looking to help all residents who need motivation and support getting back on track with New Year’s Resolution.
During February the team will be holding drop in sessions across Pharmacies, Libraries, Supermarkets and Hospitals raising awareness of the FREE one to one support on offer.
The team are based across the East Riding and can help you with the following:
- Substance misuse, including Alcohol.
- Stress and anxiety
- Physical activity
- Losing weight
- Stopping smoking
- Isolation and loneliness
The team offer six to eight one-to-one confidential sessions to all who sign up. The Health Trainers will take you on a journey of change, allowing you to set achievable goals for yourself. They focus on what the client wants to do and help to make sure the goals are achieved.
