Support for Adults
SilverCloud (online platform for mental health)
A digital mental and behavioural health platform which provides 30 programmes to tackle issues from mindfulness to severe mental health conditions with proven outcomes and engagement.
East Riding Health and Wellbeing services
East Riding Council provides a number of health and wellbeing services to residents of their communities. This includes support groups, health services and support during Covid-19.
Health Trainers (health and wellbeing) - East Riding
Provide prevention and lifestyle services to help you improve your overall health and wellbeing. This includes a variety of advice and support services, including stop smoking, and weight management.
Their services are offered across the East Riding, with some services in Hull and North Yorkshire.

School Nurses and ChatHealth (support for young people)
Young people in Hull and the East Riding can use their school’s drop-in service or text ChatHealth via 07507332891.
This is a confidential text messaging service for young people to quickly and discretely speak about things that are on their mind. They will receive confidential advice from a trained health professional in response.
