Nominations for this year’s Staff Awards are now open!
Staff and volunteers across the Trust do amazing things every day and this is your chance to tell us about it!
This year we have ten different categories, ranging from awarding teams that provide Outstanding Care, to acknowledging innovation to showcasing a colleague who is Humbelievable.
You can nominate a team, a colleague, a project – or yourself! There’s no limit to how many different people you nominate or how many categories you can nominate them for.
The links below take you to an online nomination form. Please take notice of the word count stated as any words over the limit will be discounted from the nomination. If you’d like a paper-copy of the form please contact Anita: anita.green17@nhs.net

Providing outstanding patient care is our priority. We know amazing things happen across the trust every day and this award highlights extraordinary examples of this and showcases best practice.

This award recognises a team or individuals that demonstrates excellence and clear benefits for patients, their colleagues and the Trust as a whole.
This award will celebrate an individual (permanent or bank) or team working in a clinical area, that goes above and beyond to help the Trust deliver its objectives and values.

This award recognises work being done to develop Trust services through partnership arrangements with local agencies, voluntary organisations and community groups which has brought about positive outcomes.
Volunteer of the Year Award 2024
We are so grateful to our team of volunteers who give their time for free to support the work of the trust right across our region. Our Volunteer of the Year Award celebrates an individual who has gone the extra mile and made an outstanding contribution this year.
