East Riding Children's Occupational Therapy Service

Occupational therapy services for children living in the East Riding of Yorkshire community.

How to access the service

Referrals need to be made by a doctor e.g. GP or Consultant.

Once a referral has been received we may ask for more information before a decision is made on whether our service can help. We will inform both the parents/ /carers and referrer in writing once a decision has been made and give advice as appropriate.

If a referral is accepted the child will be placed on our waiting list and the referrer and parents/carer will receive an acknowledgement letter. A therapist will then contact you when your child is able to be seen.

Find out more about the service on connect.humber.nhs.uk.
